As the son of a homebuilder in the Canadian Midwest, Scott MacBride has real estate in his DNA. Growing up helping his father building countless homes, he developed a keen attention to detail, creative problem solving skills and a healthy obsession with function and design. When he wasn’t helping his dad build houses, you could find him nose deep in his father’s endless collection of floor plans.
After moving to British Columbia in 2005, Scott earned his Associate’s Degree in Business Administration in Finance from Okanagan College. After graduation, he worked as a Mortgage Lender Administrator and a Financial Services Representative in both Kelowna and Vancouver, BC. In 2015, he relocated to Seattle, where he partnered with Realogics Sotheby's International Realty to pursue a career in real estate, combining his passion for people and homes.
Scott’s ever-burning fervor for all things real estate has solidified his standing as a trusted real estate advisor in Seattle and surrounding areas. He provides his clients with unparalleled market knowledge, inventive marketing and international exposure through the global network that is Sotheby’s International Realty. When working with buyers and sellers, Scott provides unrivalled service by creating unique strategies that help his clients achieve success in any situation. He works relentlessly to maximize advantage for his clients, attaining top results at any price point or property type.
Each year, Scott accompanies his husband Lance overseas to volunteer on different medical missions with Seattle Children’s Hospital, performing life-changing surgeries on babies and children in need. When he isn’t working, studying or volunteering, you can find Scott at the gym, snowboarding or gardening at his home in Magnolia with his two rescue pups, Kelly and Keener.
